Alia Al Mansoori, Forbes Under 30

Almansoori specialized in space biology and crafted an experiment to assess genetic material alterations in space. Her innovative experiment secured the top position at the first Genes in Space competition in the U.A.E., earning her an opportunity to collaborate with a team at Harvard University in the U.S. Subsequently, she witnessed a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch her experiment into orbit at Florida's Kennedy Space Center, becoming the pioneer Emirati to conduct an experiment on the International Space Station. Presently, she is engrossed in Mars and asteroid research at the Laboratory of Atmospheric and Space Physics.

Hadeel Biyari, the first Saudi Indirect Tax Partner at Deloitte Middle East and KSA Indirect Tax Controversy and Litigation Leader, plays a pivotal role in driving business development and identifying revenue opportunities. Her leadership led to the creation of Deloitte's indirect tax controversy team, achieving notable victories in tax audits and appeals for local and multinational businesses. With diverse, cross-functional team management, she solidified her reputation for exceptional client outcomes. Biyari's prior experience in the UAE, recognized with the VAT Implementation Award, and her dedication to Saudi Vision 2030 underscore her commitment to shaping the future of tax professionals. Initiating her career at Saudi Aramco in 2007, she led projects, including pioneering a successful VAT implementation, and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northumbria University, UK, alongside professional accreditations such as ACCA membership and SOCPA zakat and VAT licenses.

Hanan Alsaif, Consultant on Cultural Transformation and Leadership Development

This August, Hanan Al-Saif joined Hail Region Development Authority as a consultant, focusing on culture development and customer experience. Currently pursuing an executive Ph.D. at Bayes Business School, she offers expertise in transformation, culture change, and communications. In September, Al-Saif became a founding board member of the Ma’ak Association, dedicated to enhancing cancer patients' quality of life. With a career marked by leadership roles in health sectors, she served as director of change management at the Ministry of Health’s Vision Realization Office and contributed to organizational culture assessments at King Faisal Specialist Hospital. Al-Saif holds degrees from Portland State University and George Washington University and has received accolades, including leading a gold award-winning project in the Stevie Awards for Great Employers in 2022.
