Ibtisam Al-Shehri

Ibtisam Al-Shehri was recently named spokesperson and media advisor for Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation. Her role is pivotal in improving communication with domestic and foreign media, emphasizing the authority's commitment to robust public and media relations, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

Al-Shehri handles media inquiries, offering reliable information from authorized sources, promoting transparency and public engagement, and ensuring access to the authority's accomplishments and initiatives. She possesses expertise in planning, training, media, and education.

Al-Shehri made history as the first female spokesperson for public education in Saudi Arabia, in 2019 at the Ministry of Education. With almost two decades of experience teaching English at various educational levels in both public and private settings, she holds a master's degree in gifted education from the Arabian Gulf University.

Moreover, Al-Shehri received a foreign scholarship from the Ministry of Education for studies in the United States and actively engaged in multiple international education strategy conferences and forums.

Muneera Al-Dossary

Muneera Al-Dossary has assumed the role of CEO for Franklin Templeton's Saudi Arabia operations, a prominent global asset management company. She is responsible for growing the company's presence and business in Saudi Arabia.

With two decades of banking and investment experience, Al-Dossary excels in asset management, handling portfolios exceeding SR30 billion ($7.99 billion). Her expertise spans domestic and international sovereign wealth funds, covering capital markets, private equity, and real estate investments.

Al-Dossary previously held pivotal roles in capital market institutions, including heading asset management at ANB Capital and serving as Chief Investment Officer at HSBC. She was also CEO at Mulkia Investment, a Saudi closed joint-stock company based in Riyadh.

Al-Dossary serves as an independent board member and investment committee member at Saudi Industrial Services Co., listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange since June 2020. She also chaired the Capital Market Institutions Committee, appointed by the Capital Market Authority.

Noura Mufti

Noura Mufti currently serves as the marketing director at St. Regis Riyadh, where she assumed the role of marketing manager in 2023. The hotel is located in the upscale shopping and leisure complex VIA Riyadh, which is home to seven deluxe theatres and fine dining establishments.

Mufti boasts a rich career in luxury branding, notably in cosmetics and fashion. She served as brand manager for Saudi Jawahir, renowned for its Avanti luxury multi-brand boutique with five branches, offering exclusive service and sought-after designer collections.

In 2012, Mufti took on the role of training manager for the French cosmetic brand Guerlain, where she dedicated nearly six years to the cosmetics industry. In 2018, she transitioned into the realm of luxury retail, managing prestigious brands such as Prada and Christian Dior.
