With the wrap acting as the main carb and the vegetables loaded with fibres and vitamins, it’s the perfectly rounded meal for busy women who have made their workout routine a priority.
- Multigrain tortilla wrap
- Veggies of choice
- High protein cheese
- Use spray oil in frying pan.
- Lay wrap in a pan so that edges fold up on the sides.
- Crack eggs onto wrap.
- Add veggies of your choice.
- Sprinkle cheese on the top.
- Put in pre-heated over (180°C) for 10 minutes.
