KSA’s Giga-Project AMAALA Seeks Saudi Interns

Looking for a unique opportunity this summer?

AMAALA, Saudi Arabia's luxurious travel and residential destination is on the hunt for local talent to work for the upscale giga-project. After the first batch of interns graduates, the Misk/AMAALA Corporate Internship Programme will hire 30 new interns by the end of June.

As part of its new youth empowerment program, the stunning coastal project aims to develop local talent with skill-boosting trainings and on theh ground experience. In line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goal of encouraging Saudi talent, this internship is bound to refine the youth's expertise and prep them to excel in leadership roles in new economic sectors.

The first batch was made up of 12 interns, who rotated in all areas of the business for six months.

The new 30 interns will be introduced to a variety of roles across the organization in July and will have a strong chance to safeguard their career at Amaala. “AMAALA is committed to supporting and nurturing Saudi talent,” AMAALA CEO Nicholas Naples said.

“We are firmly focused on helping these young, ambitious minds reach their full potential. Investment in our youth is key to the success of our business, and our partnership with the Misk Foundation will help us to identify and recruit the leaders of tomorrow. Our collaboration with Misk will secure the future of the AMAALA workforce, and the future of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for generations to come," he added.

AMAALA plans to launch a second initiative called the AMAALA Future Leaders Programme in late 2020. The goals is to scout and recruit top-performing graduates to become part of the senior management team. Stretched out over 18 months, the new program entails a six-month immersion across department and a year of specialized training to enhance expertise.
