Elegant evening styles sit next to eclectic daytime designs, as Gianvito Rossi’s iconic pumps and slender mules are reinterpreted with a twist. Each model is handmade in Italy, using the most luxurious materials.
A striking femininity permeates throughout the collection, inspired by the traditional codes of the cabaret and conceived for an ultra-glamorous woman who is not afraid to show her most playful, yet seductive side.
The show starts as soon as you step through the doors: a pointy toe fitted stiletto bootie, in a high-shine glossy lambskin leather, declined in a jet-black hue, opens the collection. Its voluminous interlocking chain detail, in sumptuous golden leather, strikes the eye.
The same refined detail, a golden “love-knot” in the designer’s imagination, defines a minimalist mule in metallic nappa leather, with a square toe and a slender heel.
In an intimate and mysterious ambience, against soft lightning, modern performers inspired by Josephine Baker’s style, swirl on the stage with stiletto pumps and mules, in high shine glossy leather, characterized by extravagant handmade sculptural ruches.
And then comes sensuality: a gold three-dimensional piping detail spirals sinuously up the leg of a knee-high stiletto boot creating an unexpected, intriguing contrast. The spiral, asymmetrical pattern also characterizes a pointy toe stiletto sandal in deep red glossy leather. Bold and alluring.
High-heeled ballerinas, a new, dynamic design custom made for the most dashing dancing performances, complete the evening selection.
Daytime calls for more geometric, narrow shapes on sandals, pumps and boots with a stiletto or a chunky heel. Platforms come with a bouclé detailing, whilst delicate calf skin pony hair effect leather adorns dashing daylight styles.
