Prison Island, a brand-new indoor adventure park at Park Avenue Mall in Riyadh opened for business on December 12. For those eight years of age and up, it aims to promote cognitive, social, and communication skills.

Marwan Shazali, the CEO of this venture, emphasized the strategic choice of Riyadh as the location, attributing it to the significant transformation within the Saudi Arabian entertainment industry. He highlighted the government's Vision 2030 initiative, which has sparked innovations in the arts and recreation and produced a favorable atmosphere for creative companies such as Prison Island. According to Shazali, Prison Island is a unique experience that appeals to a wide range of age groups, and it is in keeping with the growing popularity of immersive and experience-based entertainment.

The CEO underscored Riyadh's appeal, attributing it to the city's energetic and multicultural populace that values immersive and distinctive entertainment experiences. Prison Island, designed as a theme park with a realistic prison-like setting featuring 35 cells, offers an immersive escape experience. Tailored for team-building exercises, school outings, or birthdays, participants are tasked with challenges that evaluate tactical, technical, and physical skills. Shazali underlined that Prison Island offers guests an experience that is both physically and intellectually engaged, going above and beyond typical entertainment.
