Princess Adelah bint Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz and Jordan's Queen Rania Al-Abdullah preside over Bisat Al-Reeh, which is conducted under their patronage. There are more than 170 exhibitors representing 15 nations, including Kuwait, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain, Lebanon, Turkey, Egypt, London, India, and Jordan. For the first time, Uzbekistan will also be represented.

In her remarks to Arab News at the previous event, Princess Adelah, the head of the foundation's board of trustees, said: "The foundation works for noble purposes, as it now serves ten different regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

“Its goals fall within providing home health care in addition to providing patients’ psychological and social needs and supporting them with medical equipment and supplies, as well as enhancing the functional capabilities of the patients and supporting them until they regain their independence.”

Additionally, throughout Ramadan, the Saudi Ministry of Culture sponsors a number of cultural activities and events in Makkah, Jeddah, and Riyadh.

The purpose of the season is to highlight aspects of the historical and cultural legacy of the Kingdom that have significance to the holy month.
