Maison Korloff, the luxury brand renowned for its exceptional jewelry creations, has announced the re-opening of its flagship boutique in The Dubai Mall after two months of renovation. The new boutique, located on the ground floor, will showcase expert diamond and jewelry collections.
Under the new management of the Chalhoub Group, the boutique marks a significant milestone for Korloff Paris as it continues to expand its global presence. The new boutique features a sleek and modern design that pays tribute to art déco. To celebrate the launch of the flagship, the exclusive "KORLOFF" black diamond, the soul of the maison, was exhibited at the flagship boutique from March 15th until March 19th 2023 in an immersive viewing featuring the multifaceted and mysterious personality of the maison.
The story of Maison Korloff is inextricably linked to its eponymous black diamond, made of matter formed in the explosion of a supernova nearly four billion years ago. Thrown to earth and expelled from its core in a volcanic eruption, the huge 200-carat nugget was acquired by jeweler Daniel Paillasseur in 1978 who established the eponymous House of fine jewelry and diamonds in honor of its former owners. The black Korloff is said to bring good fortune, happiness and prosperity to whoever comes close to it.
Renowned for its unique designs, crafted with the highest level of attention to detail and quality, the boutique will house key collections featuring exceptional design and craftsmanship. The Eclat collection is inspired by the Louvre pyramid, while the Korlove collection embodies the excellence of gold sculptor with a stylized heart motif. The Saint-Petersbourg collection cleverly uses materials and colours to tell the story of Maison Korloff, and the Montmartre collection captures the magical atmosphere of the eponymous Butte, artistic heart located on the heights of Paris.
