Beyonce’s Father Will Be A Speaker At MDLBEAST’s Music Conference In Riyadh

Last year, MDLBEAST’s XP Music Futures, a first-of-its-kind music conference in the Middle East was launched and with this year’s edition on the horizon, the A-list lineup of speaker is announced.

Taking place in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, the conference will run from 28th – 30th November 2022. The event will host 5 keynote speakers that offer a wealth of knowledge and expertise, as well as an insight to the economics of the music industry, including musical talent, music executives, record labels and music businesses.

In a released a statement about the upcoming event, Nada Alhelabi, Director of XP Music Conference, said, “We are thrilled to bring the greatest minds from the international music industry together, in the heart of the Kingdom, to connect with XP Music Future’s community. For a second year running, we will discuss and gain mission-critical insight into the opportunities and challenges of accelerating the regional creative music scene we have today.”

This year, behind Destiny’s Child and his daughters Beyoncé and Solange Knowles’ early solo careers, Mathew Knowles, will be making one of those keynote speeches. The title of his talk is ‘Reinvention & Relevance: Building Longevity in Your Career with Mathew Knowles,’ as he will share his tips and expertise with Saudi talent on how to ignite their music and entertainment careers and dreams.

Palestinian-Chilean singer-songwriter Elyanna will attend XP Music Futures, as well as former manager of Swedish House Mafia, Amy Thomson, who is also in the speaker lineup at the conference. Jeddah-based rapper and hip-hop musician, Lil Eazy, will also be speaking and hosting a session called, ‘Creating a Hit Song: Formula Vs.Trend.’

Touching on elements such as wellness and mental health, Dutch superstar DJ and Revealed Recordings founder Hardwell, will host a session called, ‘Wellness for the Constantly Creative Mind.’ Tickets to the event will go on sale from 24th September 2022 at
