Brought together by a shared set of values, Reluxe and MATCHESFASHION proudly announce the launch of their first collaboration, a curated edit of pre-loved pieces available exclusively at MATCHESFASHION this August. Reluxe founder, stylist and tastemaker Clare Richardson, is committed to working collaboratively with like-minded brands and retailers to bring about positive change.

Reluxe is a destination for the very best in pre-loved, thanks to Clare's unrivalled access to some of the most stylish wardrobes in the world, but also a business on a mission to change the way we shop. Reluxe is the first truly circular luxury fashion shopping experience – customers can both buy and sell with the platform, giving you licence to indulge a love of fashion in a more considered, sustainable way. MATCHESFASHION shares these values, working to bring their global customer the most personal shopping experience underpinned by a commitment to responsible business practices and better ways of working.

The MATCHESFASHION edit, available for one month only, is a carefully selected capsule of iconic collectors’ pieces. Outerwear includes Phoebe-era Celine, Ghesquiere’s Balenciaga and signature Chanel tweed jackets. Suiting comes in the form of Alaia’s ultra-feminine silhouettes and red-carpet glamour from Versace’s floor sweeping gown. Accessories include the much-coveted blue patent Chanel Round As Earth crossbody and Celine red round box shoulder bag.

To celebrate this partnership, Clare, together with Elizabeth Von Der Goltz, Chief Commercial Officer at MATCHESFASHION and friends of Reluxe Jo Ellison, Editor of FT HTSI, Funmi Fetto, Contributing Beauty Editor at Vogue and Lily Hanbury, founder of Le Monde Beryl, have come together to be photographed all wearing pieces from the collection. The portfolio of change makers, flying the flag for pre-loved, makes a powerful statement about a more sustainable future for fashion.

"We are delighted to continue our partnership with Clare and Reluxe for this second iteration. Being able to bring preloved luxury pieces from our fashion world favourites Philo-era Celine, Chanel and Alaia to our customers is truly exciting. We are thrilled to be launching Reluxe to the MATCHESFASHION site in August," said Elizabeth Von Der Goltz – Chief Commercial Officer, MATCHESFASHION.
