4 New Destinations Coming Soon to Abu Dhabi

It can be said that the UAE is the land of more; more entertainment, more fun, more discoveries, more memories. Indeed, it is a nation that always has something new to experience or explore, and in the coming years, UAE's capital, Abu Dhabi, is set to have new and exciting destinations worth checking out. The city is already loved for its many destinations and landmarks that are well known amongst Emiratis and tourists, and these new destinations will be no different. Although there are many projects in the pipeline, here are four to keep an eye on.

Jubail Marina

Jubail Marina is set to be Abu Dhabi's new luxurious waterfront destination. Situated on Jubail Island, which is nestled between Saadiyat Island and Yas Island, this marina will consist of a yacht club, 66 berths, a broad walk, restaurants and cafes, and a stunning view of the Arabian Gulf. It is part of the Marfa Al Jubail district, which is set to be completed in October. However, other major projects, including the yacht club, are expected to be completed by 2024.

Natural History Museum

Saadiyat Cultural District is renowned for showcasing world's cultures and histories with visitors, and the Natural History Museum is set to be its latest addition. Visitors will be taken on a journey through the history of our planet, with the museum serving as both a platform for scientific search and an educational institute. It will take up an area measuring over 35,00 square meters, and is expected to open its door to the public in 2025.

Abrahamic Family House

Situated on Saadiyat Island, Abrahamic Family House is a new complex that will serve as a venue for interfaith dialogues and co-operations. It will consist of a mosque, a church, and a synagogue, each sharing the same garden compound symbolizing unity amongst the three Abrahamic religions, i.e., Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. Simultaneously, the cubic structures will have differentiating designs reflecting each religion's characteristics. The project is set to be completed by this year.

Snow Abu Dhabi

With Snow Abu Dhabi, families will be able to explore a winter wonderland without needing to leave the country. Taking up an area of 10,000 square feet, this highly anticipated venue at Reem Mall promises loads of rides and attractions, including two large slides, 17 rides, and dining areas.
