11 Restaurants In Dubai Have Just Been Awarded Michelin Stars
At a ceremony at the Dubai Opera earlier this week, it was announced that eleven Dubai restaurants have been awarded Michelin stars – with a total of 69 Dubai based dining joints being included in the new Michelin guide. Nine eateries won 1 star each and two were awarded 2 each – none were awarded 3. The restaurants that achieved Michelin status included cuisines such as Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, French and Italian. One Michelin Green Star, which is awarded to restaurants that have a sustainable approach towards their food and processes, was given to modern dining restaurant, Lowe.

Al Muntaha – One Michelin Star
This Michelin status venue serves up the finest French and Italian cuisine in the world’s most iconic hotel, the Burj Al Arab, by acclaimed Chef Saverio Sbaragli.
11 Woodfire – One Michelin Star
11 Woodfire uses various techniques and an array of wood types, as well as globally sourced ingredients and produce to offer up a unique menu with enhanced flavors. Some of the eatery’s most famed dishes include their Japanese Golden Eye Snapper with edamame puree, and Black Angus T-bone steak.
Armani/Ristorante – One Michelin Star

Hakkasan – One Michelin Star

Tasca by Jose Avillez – One Michelin Star
