Known for building human-centric business models and creating cultures of innovation, Hanane Benkhallouk is armed with over 20 years of diverse professional experiences in international markets, including the USA, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. The Casablanca-born multi-hyphenate is a certified culture change and innovation strategist with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Morocco’s Institut Superieur du Commerce et Administration des Entreprises and an MBA in Marketing and Finance (with distinction) from the New York Institute of Technology. She started her career while she was studying in New York, founding Concept to Completion, a consultancy firm that offered business solutions to micro entrepreneurs and small businesses, helping them in business planning, marketing, sales, branding, franchise development and human resource management. The company later became a more structured services provider to entrepreneurs, building on her inborn coaching and mentoring skills.

While climbing up the success ladder, Benkhallouk has held top positions in sales and marketing, communications and business development. She has aided Fortune 500 companies, multi-nationals, governments, local players, SMEs and non-profit organisations across various industries as a solution partner. Her forte is helping them in developing business strategies that drive vision, performance and creativity. Her sustainable strategies and business plans are renowned for gaining sales, profits and market shares while creating an inclusive and engaging work culture. In addition, Benkhallouk supports various social initiatives and participates actively in associations that work on women's empowerment and female entrepreneurship in Morocco and the Arab region. As well as being a mentor and Co-Founding member of the LINK, a UAE-based mentoring initiative for professional women, she is Vice President of the Dubai chapter of Soroptimist International, a worldwide scheme that emboldens women and girls. Plus, Benkhallouk is a Strategic Partner and member of the advisory board for Challenge to Change ME, the Middle East’s first mental wellness network for women, and she is involved with Lean in Arabia too.
