Meet Dr. Ghadah Talal Angawi, the first Saudi woman to publish in English language about leadership to a professional audience around the world. In the last two decades, she has been conducting training programs, coaching, and consulting services, as well as building a leadership effectiveness model based on her ethical leadership research.
According to Arab News, she assists leaders in developing core values, vision, and long-term goals, as well as reviewing their companies to encourage cultural change and transformation, as a team development expert.
The Saudi Ministry of Education, Qatar Finance and Business Academy, Hamad Medical Corporation, Cartus, Sodexo, Yale Health, Housatonic Community College, Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, and Comcast Western New England are just a few of the large organizations for which Angawi has provided leadership training. Covid-19 was not an obstacle as she mentored physicians and healthcare providers in leadership at the Healthcare Leadership Academy in Saudi Arabia.
