3 Million People in Saudi Arabia Are Vaccinated

The ministry of health’s spokesman, Dr. Mohammed Al-Abd Al-Aly, answered questions on pregnancy plans and vaccines, blood donations, vaccine-related fatalities, and travel to Umrah.

According to Arab News, Al-Aly said that so far there are no indications that the vaccines could effect plans on getting pregnant. It is also safe for nursing mothers to take the vaccine. Blood donations should also not be affected.

Another concern Al-Aly went over is that there are no causal link between blood clots and the vaccine.
People are invited to complete a survey on Sehhaty app to register any post-jab symptoms after the first or second dose.

With no vaccine-related deaths reported, Al-Aly reported that no harsh side effects are expected.

Raising vaccine awareness and following safety measures are both key to withstand the pandemic and keep coronavirus cases down.
