KSRelief to Help Conjoined Yemeni Twins

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) announced last week that it will study the condition of newly-born conjoined twins in Yemen. Al-Sabeen Hospital in Sanaa seeked an international humanitarian appeal regarding the difficult health conditions of the twins and KSRelief responded to it.

The Saudi-based humanitarian agency will inspect their sitation in the Kingdom with experts in such cases. The possibility of providing them treatment for them and performing separation surgery will then be set out.

“This response comes as an extension of the humanitarian and pioneering role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the great efforts it has made to alleviate the suffering of the brotherly Yemeni people in all its governorates and regions without exception,” a statement on Saudi Press Agency said. We wish the best for the Yemeni twins!
