Congratulations! Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz Foundation (Misk) announced the successful graduation of the 3rd batch of companies from its Misk 500 Startup Accelerator Program.

This achievement comes after participants took part in a 14-week program, which was implemented remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The festivities will continue in the virtual world as the graduation ceremony is set to happen remotely on May 11.

This fresh batch of ambitious graduates came from 16 companies from countries including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Jordan. The promising startups come from different sectors including physical fitness, employment agencies, and health tech. If you would like to play judge and listen to their business pitches you can tune in below:

Here are the program terms:

- Investment of USD $50,000 for 7% equity
- No Tuition Fees
- Pre-Seed and Seed-Stage Tech-Enabled Startups
- Startups with Some Traction and a Working Product
- Commitment to Participate for the Duration of the Program

As the lockdown continues, Saudi Arabia still is fostering a business and learning environment with a myriad of initiatives and platforms to not only control the outbreak of the novel coronavirus but to also encourage growth across various sectors. As part of its efforts, the foundation's Misk Academy has launched last month, “Never Disconnect", an online campaign website that enables residents and locals alike to apply to jobs and refine their skills through virtual educational programs.
