Dua Lipa, Rita Ora & More Are Dropping A Charity Single Tomorrow

With homey music video to pair!

During major world crises, the entertainment industry has always come together to raise funds, and with the world at a halt amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, there is an anticipated collaboration on the horizon…

This week, BBC Radio 1 announced the release of a charity song to help raise a funds to help battle the coronavirus.

It has been reported that the likes of Chris Martin of Coldplay, Rita Ora, DuaLipa and Ellie Goulding would be featured on the forthcoming charity single amongst 23 of our favorite names in music across all genres, including R&B, pop and rock.

The track itself will be a cover of the Foo Fighters’ Times Like These, and there will also be a music video set to be broadcasted on the BBC’s “The Big Night In” on Thursday 23rd April 2020. The money raised from the “Stay Home Live Lounge” will be donated to the World Health Organization’s Covid-19-Solidarity Response Fund.

The other artists reported to feature on the charity single are Rag’n’Bone Man, Royal Blood, YUNGBLUD, 5 Seconds Of Summer, AJ Tracey, Anne-Marie, Bastille, Biffy Clyro, Hailee Steinfeld, Jess Glynne, Mabel, Paloma Faith, and Zara Larsson, and is produced by Fraser T Smith.
