PwC, a network of firms in 158 countries committed to delivering quality in assurance, advisory and tax services, has launched Hemam: Developing Future Saudi Leaders, its latest benefits initiative for Saudi nationals. The scheme’s main aim is to keep, attract and develop Saudi talents across the Kingdom and ultimately encourage them to achieve leadership positions within the firm.
In addition to the various existing development programmes, including My Way and Falcon, benefits for Saudi nationals include an added payment for travel, overdue reimbursements and bonuses to celebrate promotions and career milestones. These arrangements are in line with the company’s mission to foster the Saudi leaders of the future.
PwC, which employs 6,000 people in the region, has operated in the Kingdom for over four decades and almost half of the employees in its Saudi offices are nationals. Hemam further demonstrates the company’s strong commitment to making a positive impact on Saudi society and its workforce.
