Beef Puff Pastries

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of pastry paste
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 3 minced cloves garlic
  • 250g minced beef
  • 1 cup peas and carrots
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon spices
  • 1 teaspoon dry green thyme
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon black seed

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a pan
  2. Add the onion and garlic
  3. Add the beef and stir fry
  4. Add the vegetables, the spices and the tomato paste
  5. Spread the pastry, then add the filling mixture evenly
  6. Add the mozzarella cheese
  7. Place a second layer of pastry
  8. Spread a little of black seed to decorate
  9. Place the dish into the oven (heat from below) for 10 minutes at 180°C
