Urban Outfitters Is Launching in the Middle East This September and We Cannot Wait

If you stock up on Urban Outfitters and their brands each time you travel outside of the UAE, you’re in for a real treat. The edgy global lifestyle brand is about to make its debut in Dubai with its first store. Situated in Dubai Mall, the store will open its doors on September 5th 2019 and will have enough product for you to browse in its 10,000 m2 retail space. Stocking menswear, womenswear, home and lifestyle, Urban Outfitters are bringing their most favoured brands with them, including Champion, Fila, BDG, Urban Renewal, and much more.

The brand was first founded in 1970 on a college campus, Urban Outfitters originated as a unique retail experience and community center for young and creative customers and continues to foster that sense of community, with over 200 stores across the UK, Canada and America, today.

The Dubai Mall store is set to create a space for like-minded individuals to come together as a community to celebrate creativity and individual style. With originality at its core, the brand creates an experiential retail environment for its Middle Eastern audience through a well-curated mix of fashion and accessories that ranges from seasonal edits for a first-look into the latest trends, to intimates and swimwear, to a collection of hand-picked vintage clothing.

Embracing the UO lifestyle, the brand’s new outlet will also feature a range of home and interior essentials including bedding, tapestries, rugs, art and décor, in addition to its music and entertainment collection that is a go-to destination for vinyl, books, instant and analogue cameras, tech accessories, games and gadgets. Urban Outfitters offers a holistic shopping experience from the minute you step in store.

Along with dedicated areas for each product category, the store is further divided into key seasonal trends and permanent collections to include - a ‘graphic tee house’ which showcases a variety of much-coveted printed t-shirts, an exclusive ‘BDG denim shop’ for the brand’s best-selling styles and an ‘Urban Renewal’ display of vintage and clothing that has been remade using recycled fabrics.
