One of the most popular, and underrated, component used in the world of natural masks and blends is mint. Mint leaves contain vitamin C and antioxidants, which clean the skin, remove dirt and bacteria, as well as maintains the freshness and health of your skin.

Mint Mask #1
Ingredients:

  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation and method:

  1. Cut the mint leaves into very small pieces, then add the spoon of honey.
  2. Expose your skin to steam, and then put the mask on your entire skin.
  3. Leave the mixture for 15 minutes, then rinse your face with warm and then lukewarm water.

Repeat this mask at least once a week, to get the desired result.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar

Preparation and method:

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon rose water

Preparation and method:

  1. Mix the mint with coconut oil and rose water.
  2. Spread the mixture on your entire skin.
  3. Leave the mask on your skin for 15 minutes, and then rinse your face with water.

Repeat the mask once every 10 days for the smoothest of skins.
