Thekra Alatiwi, Board Member of the Saudi Journalists Association

Thekra Alatiwi, a key figure in Saudi media, serves on the Saudi Journalists Association's board. Since 2011, she's produced programs at the Saudi Broadcasting Authority and edits the Risha Fine Arts Program on Saudi Channel One’s YouTube. Specializing in media and PR, she coordinates programs and events, contributes to Hajj season coverage, engages in public relations at the Saudi Media Forum, and manages social media content for Saudi National Day. Alatiwi holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Arabic language, literature, radio, and television media from Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and Imam Mohammed ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh.

Fatima Aloufi, elected to the Saudi Journalists Association's board, brings extensive media experience. Currently a senior managing editor at Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Sport, she began as a news reporter in 2010, contributing to various platforms including Elaph.com and Asharq Al-Awsat. Aloufi also played key roles in establishing Makkah Newspaper and managing the Digital Communication Center for the General Authority for Meteorology and Environmental Protection. She served as a senior interview producer at Al Arabiya TV and later became a managing editor at Saudi Research and Media Group. Aloufi holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Universite Hassan II Mohammedia in Morocco, with additional certifications from the US.
