KSA Is Expected To Develop Into A Major Yachting Hub

In a significant announcement made last Thursday, visionary developers Red Sea Global unveiled an exciting partnership that is poised to transform the Kingdom into a prominent hub for yachting enthusiasts. This newfound collaboration with Monaco Marina Management (M3), is set to propel Red Sea Global's Amaala Yacht Club into the forefront of excellence, ultimately enabling it to meet the stringent requirements and benchmarks necessary to obtain the esteemed La Belle Classe Destinations certification.

Jose Marco Casellini, CEO of M3, highlighted the alignment between Red Sea Global's regenerative tourism vision and M3's commitment to sustainable yachting. Both parties share a strong aspiration to position the Amaala Yacht Club and Saudi Arabia as a global yachting destination.

The La Belle Classe Destinations certification, overseen by the Yacht Club de Monaco, is a prestigious accolade awarded to yachting destinations that demonstrate a profound commitment to maritime ethics, etiquette, and environmental preservation.

Furthermore, this comprehensive agreement with M3 encompasses the establishment of a sailing academy, the provision of support for training and recruitment, and the facilitation of seasonal, reciprocal opportunities for members, cadets, and youth. The group CEO of Red Sea Global, Pagano, expressed his enthusiasm for the possibility for knowledge transfer and training opportunities from this relationship. The core principle of Red Sea Global's regenerative strategy has always been to empower Saudi citizens. Red Sea Global is steadfastly delivering on its pledge to develop destinations by and for the people of Saudi Arabia by providing marina staff with top-notch training both in Monaco and at Amaala.

Eight resorts totaling 1,200 hotel rooms will make up Phase One of the Amaala project, which is scheduled to debut in 2025. Upon completion, Amaala will have more than 3,900 hotel rooms spread among 29 magnificent hotels, in addition to roughly 1,200 lavish private villas, flats, and estate residences. This integrated development will support a wide array of amenities, including high-end retail outlets, fine dining establishments, wellness centers, equestrian facilities, and recreational options, further solidifying Amaala's status as a premier destination for discerning travelers.
