HRH Crown Prince Unveils Meticulously Designed ‘Soudah Peaks’ Masterplan

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's "Soudah Peaks" aims to redefine luxury mountain tourism in southwest Saudi Arabia. At 3,015 meters above sea level, it sits on the nation's highest peak, blending natural beauty and luxury, stretching from Souda to Rijal Almaa in the Asir region.

Soudah Peaks, born from Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund's strategic vision, aligns with Vision 2030 goals. It seeks to diversify the economy by bolstering sectors like tourism, hospitality, and entertainment, aiming to expand tourism, spur economic growth, attract investments (expected to exceed SAR29 billion), and create extensive employment opportunities.

As Chairman of Soudah Development, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman heralds Soudah Peaks as a transformative luxury mountain tourism venture. It melds an exceptional living experience with a commitment to preserving the region's natural, cultural, and heritage treasures. The project aspires to become a prominent global tourism destination, spotlighting Saudi Arabia's vibrant culture and heritage.

Soudah Peaks intends to cater to more than 2 million discerning visitors annually by 2033, aiming to leave an indelible mark on their minds. The meticulously designed project is dedicated to celebrating regional customs and architectural beauty, harmonizing them with the area's cultural and natural history.

Soudah Peaks features six unique zones - Tahlal, Sahab, Sabrah, Jareen, Rijal, and Red Rock, each offering upscale amenities including luxurious hotels, mountain resorts, residential chalets, villas, entertainment venues, and commercial spaces. It also caters to outdoor enthusiasts with facilities for sports, adventure, wellness, and cultural experiences.

Soudah Development aims to fulfill this vision by providing 2,700 hospitality keys, 1,336 residential units, and 80,000 square meters of commercial space for Soudah Peaks by 2033. This ambitious project not only boosts Saudi Arabia's tourism sector but also highlights the nation's distinct beauty, culture, and hospitality amidst lush landscapes and heavenly clouds, leaving a lasting mark on global tourism.
