Initiated by Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak in 2015, it lauds diverse Emirati women's contributions. This year's theme, "We Collaborate for Tomorrow," aligns with the "Year of Sustainability," honoring barrier-breaking women who inspire future generations.
