Last week, the fashion world lost one of its most revered, loved and controversial fashion pioneers – Dame Vivienne Westwood. When she first entered the British fashion scene, her collections were often ridiculed and mocked by a society that was “prim and proper,” and ever the visionary, the queen of punk was revolutionary and instrumental in how people dress today and think about fashion today.
