LA Premiere of ‘The Gray Man’

Fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of the most anticipated Netflix film of the year: ‘The Gray Man’. Its star-studded premiere was held on Wednesday (July 13th) in Los Angeles at TCL Chinese Theatre. All the lead cast members of the film as well as directors Joe and Anthony Russo turned to the event.

Ana de Armas returned to the red carpet rocking her favorite brand Louis Vuitton, wearing one of Nicolas Ghesquiere's designs. The ensemble was a custom creation taken from the Resort '23 collection emulating futuristic goddesses. Ana wore a dazzling floor-length gown with a sparkly gray sequin bodice and a revealing fringe skirt made of silver foiled leaves that showed off her toned legs. The look was paired with barely-there heels. As the Global Brand Ambassador for Estée Lauder, she has always followed a minimalist approach to beauty and this time round it has served her well. Ana's makeup artist Mélanie Inglessis dusted her lids with a shimmery pink eyeshadow and gave her vibrant stained lips. The 34-year-old Cuban actress wore her hair parted down the middle in loose curls. Anna was joined by Bridgerton’s Simone Ashley who wore a figure-skimming cut-out black Mônot dress.

Ryan Gosling wore an extremely summery Gucci suit. Gosling who has been spotted shooting for Greta Gerwig's Barbie movie sporting blond hair, turned up in a cream and white striped shirt under an aqua colored jacket with mint green trousers. The night before while attending a dinner party with Tag Heuer and Netflix he also wore a brightly printed Gucci Hawaii Bowling shirt. Chris Evans on the other hand while promoting ‘Lightyear’ gave us plenty of prints, but on this occasion he chose a toned down casual navy suit by Eleventy Milano. The ‘Captain America’ actor, styled by his long-time stylist Ilaria Urbinati, wore a fitted navy jacket with matching trousers over a white T-shirt. He accessorized the look with a gold medallion necklace and black sunglasses. Regé-Jean Page, the 34-year-old British actor who had his breakthrough role as Simon Basset in the Netflix hit Bridgerton, was all smiles and looking dapper in an Armani dark blue linen suit. He paired it with a white and grey button-down shirt topped with a silver chain around his neck. To complete his outfit, he wore Cathy Waterman small leaf post earrings and grey suede Louboutins. According to the daily mail “Page plays Denny Carmichael in The Gray Man, which will go down in history as the biggest movie ever produced by Netflix with a $200 million budget.” Indian actor Dhanush looked stylish in a classic black suit as he joined the lead cast members on the red carpet.

The actors and actresses were all seen posing with directors Anthony and Joe Russo and co-stars Julia Butters, Billy Bob Thornton, Jessica Henwick, Alfre Woodard, Michael Gandolfini among others.

“The star-studded film, which debuted Thursday in theaters and will be available to stream on Netflix starting July 22, is an action-packed thriller directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, the directors behind the last two Marvel Studios ‘Avengers’ films. ‘The Gray Man’ tells the story of the CIA’s most skilled, and anonymous, operative who after accidentally uncovering dark agency secrets, has a bounty put on him.” Per WWD
