The designer states, “Gardens teach you to slow down, that we are not the centre of the universe, and that it takes time to make thinks beautifully.”
A spring celebration to joy and nature of rebirth, the “Secret Garden” echoes Christian Louboutin’s penchant for nature, gardening and landscape design which play an integral part of his creative process.
“I learned so many things during these exciting years, it was a parenthesis to my work with shoes,” notes Louboutin about his gardening break. “When I design a shoe, I think of what colors look good together, and it usually reflects what looks beautiful in a garden.
Dazzling in sparkle of an emerald, “Secret Garden” stars the Me Dolly Strass and The Maison’s iconic Hot Chick along with the elegant Loubi54 clutch.
Drawing from his Egyptian roots, “Secret Garden” introduces a new shade - Sahara, a gleaming gold inspired by the mythical desert sunset. This is carried by the cult favourite Loubishark, Me Dolly and Hot Chick.
