For its finale, Jeddah Season is set to end with an MTV music festival, featuring a number of international stars, as well as fireworks lighting the skies of city over the course of the Season.

The initiative has been specifically designed to reflect Jeddah’s history and its potential for holidaymakers, as well as to help change stereotypes about Saudi Arabia in general. It is in collaboration with the Saudi Commission for Tourism & National Heritage (SCTH), the General Sports Authority (GSA), the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), the General Culture Authority (GCA), the Saudi Arabian Maritime Sports Federation, Jeddah Municipality, Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI), and Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia).

Speaking to the news site, Engineer Raed Abuzinada, general supervisor of the Jeddah Season, said, “Known as the Bride of the Red Sea, Jeddah has always been a destination for sea activities.
