Lindsay Lohan has embraced the culture of her new home in the Middle East and showed up to London Modest Fashion Week to support regional modest wear designers. The starlet was a guest of honor at the event which launched for the first time in London last year.
Not only was Lohan present in the front row at the opening ceremony, she was also spotted wearing a silky black hijab and was snapped rubbing shoulders with Saudi fashion designer, Samah Khashoggi, who presented her latest collection, Samah Abayas, on Saturday.
31 year old Lindsay donned modest attire at Turkish designer Zeynep Kartal’s A/W18 show, wearing a black leather dress teamed with a baseball cap with an attached scarf along with a Muslim friendly beauty look using vegan and halal cosmetics by Hawa.
The cosmetics company posted on Instagram, alongside a shot of the Hollywood star, “Oh my days! As if Lindsay Lohan came over to say hello to Team Hawa! She was so lovely and was saying how she’s into halal cosmetics and what she’s actually wearing on her face today was all halal!”

Amongst other commitments, including plans to create her own island off Dubai’s coast, and working alongside a Dubai-based stylist to design her own clothing line, the actress’s busy 2018 calendar also contains an all female film project in Saudi Arabia this September.
