Dates for the 14th edition of the Abu Dhabi Art fair have been announced. On Saturday 8th January 2022, the organization committee announced that the event would take place from November 16th – 20th 2022 at Manarat Al Saddiyat.
This art fair gathers and exhibits works from local and international galleries, exhibitions, artist commissions and installations at the venue and across Abu Dhabi. We don’t quite know which artists will exhibit just yet, but last year’s event featured guest curators, Simon Njami a Paris-based writer, and curator and consultant Rose Lejeune.
The artists and exhibitors from the 2021 event included, Palestinian-Italian contemporary creative Hazem Harb, Emirati visual artist Najat Makki, Lebanese-British artist Aya Haidar, London-based conceptual artist, sculptor and painter Rasheed Araeen and Uganda-born sculptor Richard Atugonza.
